Review text submitted to our Review Response Generator is processed by a third party AI model (Anthropic Claude) to generate responses and is not stored after generation.
2.3 Chatbot Conversations. Our website chatbot is powered by Anthropic Claude. Messages you send to the chatbot are transmitted to Anthropic's API to generate responses. We do not store chatbot conversation logs. Anthropic's data handling practices are governed by their own privacy policy.
